El amonio cuaternario es un limpiador desinfectante que tiene un amplio espectro de eliminaci�n de microorganismos como: virus, bacterias, hongos, levaduras, esporas. Tiene un importante efecto residual ya que permanece activo despu�s de la aplicaci�n conservando sus propiedades por mucho m�s tiempo. Amplio espectro bacteriano: Bactiva es altamente efectivo contra bacterias gram positivas y hongos. Adem�s, posee buena actividad contra bacterias gram negativas.
